For a full service dental laboratories company providing dental prosthetic appliances (American Dental Designs, Inc. – Montgomeryville, PA): provide financial analysis, identify deviants, and deliver input and guidance on financial management; formulate detailed strategies and procedures; generate accurate and timely financial statements and maintain records of company’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, accounts payable/receivable and depreciation; manage and oversee general ledger, payroll and utilities, cash forecasting and cash receipts; develop revenue and expenditure variance analysis; analyze transaction effects upon account relationships and evaluate alternative means; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; oversee the installation of new system for administrative business partners; analyze customer accounts to provide equipment lease options and other revenue options; oversee businesses’ inventory levels; strategize marketing plans and assist with new product launch or services; assist in analyzing industry trends to develop plans for marketing strategies; identify new sales and cross-selling opportunities; conduct business reviews using CRM programs; analyze competitive market trends.

Requirements:

1. Master or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, International Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience as an Accounting Coordinator or Business Analyst. The required experience must include providing financial analysis, identifying deviants and providing guidance on long-term financial management, developing revenue and expenditure variance analysis, introducing and improving information systems for accounting and financial controls.
3. Proficiency in Dental Lab software, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and QuickBooks.

Work Details:

Work Location: Montgomeryville, PA.
Hours: 40 per week – Monday through Friday.
