Dear Doctor and Staff,

We are closely monitoring the developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and remain focused on doing our best to protect the welfare of the employees, patients, our doctors and their staff. We recognize the trust you place in us to deliver quality prosthetic restorations and we want to share an update on the actions we have implemented.

At American Dental Designs, the safety, health and well-being is our highest priority. We have followed the C.D.C.’s Standard Precautions when it comes to reducing the spread of illness to our patients, doctors and staff. These include proper hand washing, disinfecting of lab cases, pans and counter tops and regular use of hand sanitizers. In response to COVID-19, we have stepped up our disinfecting procedures to include the above as well as our delivery vehicles, packaging and lab boxes-both incoming and out­going, increased the frequency of disinfecting and sanitizing counter tops and technician bench, taking temperature of each employee. Our drivers have been instructed to use hand sanitizers frequently and to follow all protocols set up within your dental practices for the pick-up and delivery of lab cases.

Minimizing the risk of transmission of the virus is essential; therefore, we will ask all patients coming to the lab for a custom shade to fill out a brief questionnaire as well as they must be in good health.

We will continue to educate our team on COVID-19 as more information unfolds from the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization.
